Maize is growing very slow

2010-05-28 13:14:00 by Jan Schattenberg

Due to the very bad weather conditions (coldest may for a lot of years) the maize is still very very small (1 cm). We hope that the weather conditions change and the maize will grow faster. But probably the maize will not be taller than 10-15 centimetres at the event. We are working on a solution, maybe putting round pieces of wood between the plants which are about 30 centimetres high, so that the sensors have something to sense. More information will follow.
